Recently at a business listing appointment I observed a fair amount of dust on inventory that was for sale and on display in the showroom where customers obviously browse at the products. My curious mind immediately launched a series of questions: How long has that been here? Is it obsolete? Perhaps neither of those are true they just have poor cleanliness standards. It also prompted me to remember how important preparing a business for sale can be and that details like “curb appeal” and “cleanliness” are so important. Tom West wrote an article titled “Staging A Business” and I think it is very relavent and offers some excellent advice.
